Just waiting for vacation

Weekend is over and I am going to rush this out. Somewhat productive today, but not this weekend.

I made calls, did laundry and grocery shopped — and cooked rice and beans.

We are doing the March Reading Challenge celebration tomorrow. We were going to do it on Friday, but ’star’ was under the weather. I should have still done it on Friday and taken all the credit. Be the prize boy, especially since I am the one who collects them.

I’m extra annoyed by star. She directs the plays at my school (badly). And when I say ‘badly’ I mean horrendous. The first one I saw was so bad that I laughed at everything that went wrong. My stomach was sore for a couple days after that. So she knows I know theatre and have a degree in it, but has never asked me for any advice. She did as the band teacher if he would be interested in directing, if she stepped down. His background in theatre? playing in the orchestra of a musical.
