Home for the night

Those push ups I have been doing, have done nothing to help me kayak. I have a sore/tired upper body. I think some has to do with my bad beginning. I got in — for only a second — and rolled into the water. Glad it is a warm day. I rolled to my left, my sore shoulder/arm side. I probably strained it some when I stopped the roll. Then I paddled out to an island and back. This kayak seems much ‘tippier’ than the one I used before.
So I have my old/slow computer on the fast internet. It kind of balances out the internet use, but it is hard to use the Nisus Writer Express — that I am blogging in.
Nate Robertson is pitching another excellent game for the Tigers; 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth. It would be nice to have some of those runs from yesterday. It is a struggle that is for sure.
The struggle held on with a 2-1 victory. The Twins win, but Chicago loses. That could be good or bad. They must be slumping, but they play the Tigers tomorrow and will want to make up ground. One more game today (started this on Saturday, finishing it Sunday morning) against the Orioles.
First play rehearsal tonight. And someone is interested in doing one of my plays. Not sure if that will come through, but it is nice that once in a while someone is interested. I am still sore. Not sore like last night, more just tired.
Found a new program (Blog Thing) to publish this. One of the things about going back to an old computer is being able to use software that works with both, like Nisus Writer Express, only I don’t have my MarsEdit.

- pushups = 0
- crunches = 0
- squats = 0
- kayak = hour
